Shipping & Delivery

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours without penalty. If your order has already shipped, you may file a “Return Request”.

Bulk orders that are made to order must be cancelled before production starts. Once production has started, penalties may apply. 

Personalized products are subject to cancellation penalties if production has started. 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
