Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Shipping Protection for an additional fee. Shipping Protection is an optional service designed to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Shipping Protection is not insurance and is offered as a value-added service to provide a faster and more convenient resolution should a covered shipping issue occur.


What Is Covered

When Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible claims may include:

  • Packages confirmed as lost in transit.
  • Packages that arrive damaged during shipping.
  • Packages marked as delivered but reasonably believed to have been stolen from the delivery location (subject to claim review).

Coverage applies only to the items included in the protected shipment.


What Is Not Covered

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
  • Orders delayed by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Packages forwarded or redirected after shipment.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence after delivery.
  • Fraudulent claims or misrepresentation.
  • Orders that have been reshipped or refunded previously under Shipping Protection.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent or does not meet the eligibility requirements.


Filing a Claim

To initiate a Shipping Protection claim, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Claims should generally be submitted within:

  • Damage Claims: Within 7 days of delivery.
  • Theft Claims: Within 7 days of the carrier marking the package as delivered.
  • Lost Package Claims: No earlier than 7 days after the last carrier scan for domestic shipments (or as otherwise determined appropriate) and within 30 days of shipment.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged items and packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue
  • Any additional information necessary to investigate the claim

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.


Claim Resolution

Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product(s), subject to availability.
  • Issue store credit.
  • Issue a refund for the covered product(s).

Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Replacement orders are subject to product availability. If an identical item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or refund.


Shipping Carrier Responsibility

While we work diligently with our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. Shipping Protection does not guarantee expedited delivery or compensation for shipping delays.


Optional Coverage

Shipping Protection is completely optional. Customers who choose not to purchase Shipping Protection assume the risk of loss, theft, or damage occurring after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate all claims. Fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or intentional misrepresentation may result in denial of the claim, cancellation of future orders, and any other remedies available under applicable law.


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.
